What do I get when I sign up for a free trial?

You get complete access to the Joviam platform and resources to fully experience our product.

So why do I have to provide my phone number and credit card details?

We use these details to make sure you’re a real person! This information is used for identity verification.

So I can use 1000s of dollars of resources during the trial period?

Not quite. Your usage is capped at $100 of spend. This is to avoid abuse by spammers and robots. If you feel you may need more than this to experience our platform for your needs, contact us at support@joviam.com and we’ll do what we can to help.

How do I know if I’m approaching the free trial usage limit?

We will send you an email when you have reached 90% of your usage limit. You can also monitor your usage level under ‘Settings’ > ‘Estimated Current Spend’ in your dashboard. Should you continue to use the platform after the 90% warning and go on to exceed the free trial usage limit before the 14-day free trial period is over, we reserve the right to begin charging you for your resource usage.

You have the right to cancel your account at any time.

What happens when the 14-day free trial period is over?

The account you created during the free trial period will become your permanent Joviam account – should you have any running instances/disks etc, these will continue to operate as normal, there is no need to upgrade accounts or make any changes at all.

Can I extend the free trial period?

If you feel you haven’t been able to fully experience the Joviam platform during the 14-day trial period (we know everyone gets busy), then just drop us a line at support@joviam.com and we’ll do what we can to help you give us a test drive.
